This policy describes how PeakSteps FZC (“Aztharna”) processes your personal data in connection with the aztharna.com shop, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Collected data
We collect: order data (identity, address, email, phone number), payment data (processed exclusively by our secure payment provider—we never have access to your card numbers), and, as a specific feature of our service, photos of your feet and the resulting 3D model, which are necessary for manufacturing your custom sandals.
2. Purposes and legal bases
Photos and 3D models of your feet are processed solely to: reconstruct your measurements, manufacture your pair, and provide after-sales service (fit guarantee, simplified reordering). Legal basis: performance of the contract. They are never used for advertising purposes or sold to third parties.
3. Processors
The 3D reconstruction is carried out by our specialized technical provider, located within the European Union and subject to a data processing agreement in compliance with the GDPR. Shop hosting is provided by Shopify. Delivery is handled by La Poste / Colissimo.
4. Retention periods
Photos of your feet are kept for 1 month after their use to allow for any necessary adjustments, then deleted. The 3D model and your measurements are kept for 12 months to facilitate the fit guarantee and your future orders, then deleted. Billing data is kept in accordance with legal accounting obligations.
5. Your rights
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability. To exercise them: aztharna@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr).
6. Cookies
The shop uses cookies necessary for its operation and, subject to your consent, audience measurement and advertising cookies (notably Meta). You can manage your preferences via the consent banner.
