Custom-made products
Each pair of Aztharna is individually crafted based on a 3D scan of your feet. In accordance with Article L221-28 3° of the Consumer Code, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to highly personalized goods: therefore, an order cannot be canceled or refunded once production has begun.
Before production starts
If production has not yet started, contact us as soon as possible at aztharna@gmail.com: we will do our best to cancel and fully refund your order.
Fit guarantee
If your sandals clearly do not match the scanned morphology, report it within 14 days of receipt to aztharna@gmail.com, providing photos as proof. After analysis, we will proceed with an adjustment or a remake at no cost. Your comfort is the reason for custom-made products.
Defective or non-conforming product
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, you benefit from legal warranties: repair, replacement, or refund, according to the conditions provided by law. Contact us at aztharna@gmail.com.
