Delivery area
We deliver to mainland France as well as internationally (Europe and the rest of the world).
All-inclusive price
The price displayed is the final price, taxes included: there is nothing to pay on delivery in France and the European Union. For deliveries outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may be charged to the recipient by the local carrier, depending on the regulations of the destination country.
Lead times
As each pair is custom-made from a 3D scan of your feet, the delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks from the validation of your 3D scan: after your order, you receive instructions by email to complete your scan in a few minutes from your phone, and the making of your pair then begins — it does not exist yet, we make it especially for you. You are kept informed by email at every step and receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Accessories ordered with your pair travel in the same parcel.
